Earned Income Tax Information
Horsham Township levies an Earned Income tax on its citizens and all nonresidents who work in the Township. The rate is one percent of earned income. Since 1997, the collection of this tax has been handled by the outside firm, Berkheimer Associates.

Occupational Privilege Tax
Occupational Privilege Tax is levied upon all persons 18 years of age or older who are self-employed or engage in any occupation with in the limits of Horsham Township. The tax of $10.00 per person/per year shall be deducted by the employer and remitted to Horsham Township utilizing the forms on this page.
