Members of Horsham Council walk the newly paved trail connecting the township's Power Line Trail to the Library. In addition, a connecting trail was constructed linking the Library to Simmons Elementary School. Both trails were constructed by the Township and funding assistance came from a PECO Energy grant.

Horsham Council is committed in providing more recreation opportunities to our active citizens, and give us safe and convenient routes to walk or ride bicycles to work, to school and to other destinations in our community.
