Horsham Township continues to monitor coronavirus updates and communications from the Pennsylvania Department of Health, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), and Montgomery County Office of Public Health. The main role of these agencies will be to direct the response to an outbreak of coronavirus in the Township, if one were to occur.

If a situation like this were to occur, the Township would provide any additional support requested from these agencies along with provide information and situational updates to the community. Please monitor the Township’s Facebook posts, website, etc. You can also sign up for alerts from ReadyMontco at https://www.montcopa.org/ReadyMontco

The Township urges individuals to follow the advice of health officials and:

  1. Wash your hands frequently
  2. Avoid anyone showing signs of a cough and fever
  3. If you have any signs or symptoms of a viral infection stay home. This will help to prevent the spread of any virus to others.
  4. Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth with unwashed hands
  5. Cover your cough or sneeze with a tissue, then throw the tissue in the trash
