The PennDOT construction project on County Line Road is transitioning from Stage 3 to Stage 4, meaning the closing points on the roadway in Horsham and Warrington Townships will be relocated on Monday, October 17, weather permitting.

Construction is nearing completion between Fairmont Avenue and Park Road, and this section of County Line Road will soon reopen. The contractor will then move and close County Line Road between the intersections of Park Road and Bradford Road to begin Stage 4 work.

The primary detour for motorists to travel around the closed section of County Line Road will remain the same: Lower State Road, Street Road, and Route 611 (Easton Road). Local access will be maintained for all residents and businesses between Park Road and Bradford Road.

In addition, starting October 17, local eastbound traffic will be able to turn right onto Park Road, but Park Road drivers will only be able to turn left onto County Line Road. Construction on this project phase is expected to last approximately six months.
