The Horsham Police Department holds a Forensics Class for 4th and 5th graders every year in February as part of the Hatboro-Horsham School District Discovery Time Program.

Our Detectives teach the class after school and show the students fingerprinting, photography and other crime solving techniques. The class is held at Simmons Elementary except for the last class which is held at the Horsham Township Police Department. There is a tour of the police station and the students receive a certificate in the roll call room.

Discovery Time offers children the opportunity to participate in a wide variety of enrichment classes. Registration takes place at Simmons Elementary during the winter.
